Thrill by association

I get all my meat from Ealing farmer’s market, specifically from the Food Fore Thought stall from two blokes called Todd and Mason. Their meat is always best quality and they’re lovely, friendly chaps. I learned a while ago that they supply top restaurants too – Gorden Ramsey, Marco Pierre White, etc and felt vindicated that I had chosen the right suppliers.

Last night I was in bed reading British Regional Food by Mark Hix (which Alex B, my other half, bought me as a present for no reason because he is a nice man) and lo and behold, he starts talking about Food Fore Thought and Todd and Mason. I know them! And they’re in a book! It was most exciting.
