I can’t find a decent cheese quiche recipe for love nor money. Delia doesn’t have one. Nigella, Nigel and Leiths don’t have one. I refuse to even consult Gordon Ramsey, picky bastard that he is.
So alright, cooking gods. I’ll make quiche Lorraine. And then next time, NEXT TIME, I’ll change it and just use cheese.
